Nice. It crashes, there's a "sfx_t" error. Tested in WON CD half-life 1.1.1.2 (won2 update) and a ****** no steam half-life, had the same problem, the game just quits out. Things I think you should do: Remove the zombie construction variant, and the blackop variant, they don't add anything to the gameplay, remove the torso zombie, it's pointless. Add monster_friendly. Remove test maps on next version. Memeshit should be turned off by default. I like the project, it's a nice alternative to Sven Coop, I don't like Sven Coop.

I'm a codder and I can tell you VS 2008 won't work for the HL SDK 2.3, you should use VS 6. PM me if you need help to compile the dlls. BTW VS 6 is pretty easy to find.
