Once the file structure of Galactic Civilizations III is more stable, I will try to make this mod on it.
I see, just wanted to point out "Parsing Expression Grammar" type of parsing. It is kind of like Regular Expressions(Regex), but not as complicated. There are a few free or even open-source libraries for doing such parsing in .NET languages. I am currently using one for my C# game project in Unity.
@ZetaStormGames, what are you using to parse text? A library or trying to do your own parsing?

Looks great, will undead units have "Excellent morale"? And is it possible to have a "Fears Turn Undead" like a "Fears elephants" for the undead? I guess some mages would have to have a "Turns Undead" tag.
For reference: "Turn Undead" was a spell in Morrowind that made undead flee from battle.

It's the Slylandro, I set PlanetQuality to -999, which probably doesn't allow the game to set a block to be the Capital city. I'll just set the class to 1 with Custom Planet...
Bah should have tested this zip a little more, some minor race crashes the game on start if minor race count is set to 8. Perhaps if you are lucky a setting less than 8 might not crash. For one the Chmmr are not at fault... elimination theory...
There is a scenario by the name of "The Ur-Quan Masters", it makes Ur-Quan highest difficulty, at permanent war with each other, while also enabling Ur-Quan Kohr-Ah.
I just hope that the Kickstarter video will provide a basic gameplay elements of the gametype. Thus far we have only see independent features being showed off, but not even a single basic game between Spies and Mercenaries.
Otherwise it is hard to trust that you will deliver your promise, even if the team is formed from such crowdfunding.

Pendrokar is casting "Track game" spell "Nostro, Domini, Mastadok, Culpa, Veratu". Pendrokar hears "You are low on mana.". Gonna have something like that again?

At some point during the game, would a free market economy manifest on the base? If it can, then "Mission failed" should pop up, since the manager failed his duty. :D
This game is an example project given by "Unity Technologies" and since they haven't put this on moddb, they don't want it here. With "Developed By arsh2010" probably we all hope you are not trying to say that this is your own work!

Why take Flatland concept if you are not taking it from Flatlander's perspective, even if this view consisted of vertical colored lines?
So this only tries to fix flashing? No other changes?
What about lag and occasional crashes caused when too many fighters, bombers and missiles target a single frigate. Is it possible to have them aim at different locations, not just the center of a ship?
AI should stop being so careful with capital ships that are meant for offence and not mainly base building.

There is a retrospective of 2010 at the main site. Focus has been diverted on the engine. Though some, if not most development of the engine will speed up development of Infinity later on.
Reminds me of the game Genewars made in 1996 by Bullfrog, but that was an RTS. :)
Bug report: I think the fact that you can die by just touching immobile spikes horizontally is a bug.
