Can someone answer my why the enemy never attacks my in a campaing (space battle in any of my planet and after that in a land invasion)?. Even when i play in hard difficulty. Pleasee helpp me :(

Hi.I have a problem with the game's difficulty. though I select easy, medium or hard, the enemy does not attack me, or use their units and the truth is it's very boring to play that way. someone has a solution for this?. Thanks
