i get it only with demons and if you put them on insane it crashes even faster i think it is a skill or unit that is causing it.

I have a STRANGE question some of my friends that i play this with have all of the dawn of war games but in the ua mod they can't get any of the base races but the soulstorm ones when ever they launch UA and one does not even have the base races in the base game even though he has bought downloaded and played all the games. if anyone knows how to help i would greatly appreciate your help.

yay after a few files on my desktop deleted them selfs and ejected al their contents on to my desk top i did find the short cut to the launcher so it works like a charm now and is very fun.

i am new to moding dawn of war 2 i mostly deal with dow1 but i am having truble with getting to play this mod i downloaded 2.4.2 but it does nothing to the game am i just stupid and missing a button or what?

how difficult would it be to bring the dawn of war 2 blood letters oveer to this game.
ps. i have almost no experience in these things so this is an honest question

i just want to know if we will ever get a separate race for space wolves or imperial knights as a unit.

i am assuming that the model itself is broken sense works perfectly for me off and online but when ever i have open the great gargant i get bad model and bad sound so i am going to assume that that combined with in a game would equal your crash. so i would just put it on the bug page and hope they fix it for the 1.8.1 release.

go to game manager and select thb the new factions

honestly i like how they have so many GD it is a nice challenge.

look at the previous page i just helped some one with the same problem.

that was my first issue to all i did was make sure i had all the most recent racial mods for instance my demons was out of date and that is why i was unable to play. so i would recommend the following links.

those are all the ods you need i would recommend deleting all of your race mods then putting these in it should solve the problem. Hope i helped.

Also a Question for the mod team will their ever be Imperial Knights added to the unit rosters because i for one would love to field those in UA.

reading some of these comments i fell like like i need to interject for starters i would like to point out that i play necrons mostly. but now on to the point as i stated earlier me and my friend played 2 matches one was to get in the hang of the new races for him seeing as in real life he plays grey knights he was excited to be able to play them in game and for me i just wanted to see what was new for my necrons. i can say that with out a doubt that grey knights can be defeated rather easily in fact and i find then in no way over powered even with my squad size limited i still won our first game he even had titans. now onto the second game we played that game for about 6 hours i played with my necrons and he played grey knights we played a game of 2v2v2v2 with me and him / chaos space marines and demons / sisters of battle and imperial guard / and orks and dark eldar the ai was set to hard. though most of the ais few easily to our combined attacks the one that did not was demons. now alot of you are saying that GKs are OP but just one Demons ai was able to take on both the necrons and GKs and we brought our forces in strenght and i can say with out a doubt that the knights are not as powerful as you all think for the longest darn time we were battling the demons right our side our bases with both necrons and GK units coming out. on my side it was all i could do to hold the daemons off the mass reanimation beacon to bide time for the GP to charge it's shot and for the GKs they were just able to hold off till their reinforcements arrived before dieing. so if you are losing to GK i suggest you look to your own tactics for your lose is most likely on them and not the fault of these wonderful modders that brought you this mod. and with that i bid you good night.

well after my initial mess up i just wanted to say my day of gameing was very fun thank to all the hard work the UA team put into this game. My friend and may only have played 2 games but it was a fun 7 hours of play.

Just wanted to say thanks to necron guy for the links as far as i am aware the only up to date version i have is IDH so thanks for the right links and hopefully i will be able to play the new factions now./

can someone post a link to all the needed race mods because i think that might be my problem and why i can't play new factions
i currently have daemons mod ver 1.4
IDH ver 2.01
and tyranid mod version 0.5

so if i have outdated race mods could someone kindly link me to the most up to date or the needed versions for the hunt begins.

ok never mind i just ran into anouther problem i can't launch the new faction through the in game manager or the UA mod manager it just says can't launch game for the in game and just launches original soulstorm through mod manager. can some one help with this because i am lost.

is their a bug report page yet because the mutilators are missing their textures they are just pinkish models but this mod is great.

Me and one of my friends just uninstaled and reinstaled everything UA related to clear out some unwanted bad mods but when we reinstalled the mod we cam up with the objective points saying that it was a bad model and to check the log does some one know what to do for this.
