Was thinking about the Rohirrim, and how their entire dynamics would be put out without mounted combat. I remember from watching the MERP and blade videos that it was in the works for Oblivion, does it look like it will make it into Skyrim merp?

Yep I knew that was a long shot hahaha, worth a try though. Anyway good luck hunting those bugs, will make sure to stay up to date with what's happening with the mod.

Hopefully it's packed full of content then :D This may be an unanswerable question but was wondering about the aproximate release -> if its going to be before or sometime after TES V: Skyrim is released(that game is likely going to get me hooked). Skyrims release is 11/11/11

good to hear. Love trying out different mods, but not being able to train up properly make some of them almost unplayable. Also wondering what relative size the maps going to be - i found in the last version of TLD the map was huge(which is good), but there was a lot of dead area in which there was literally nothing. If its the same size, is there going to be more content to fill it up?

Hey guys, firsty - amazing work. been constantly looking for a lord of the rings game that is actually worthy of Tolkien's work. Mount and Blade is the perfect game to do it for IMO, so can't wait for the mod to come out.

Just a quick thing i'm worried about is lack of minor armies to train up on - like bandits, mercenary warbands, sea raiders and looters. Most that didnt have a decent spawn rate of these i found i couldnt really get into, simply because i couldnt effectively train up my men, or find enough loot to pay their wages. Just wondering what ur setup is gonna be like?
