You should be able to do all of that in the launcher, under the configure option, there is GUI scaling and framerate cap.

Is the movement with heavy weapons supposed to be NOT slowed down or is that a bug. I don't have heavy weapons upgraded but running with a GEP gun is the same like when holding a pistol.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. Shame really, but then again, the visual aspect, at least for me, was never the main reason for playing.

So what is the deal with the new weapon models? Reverting to the vanilla, a completely new artist, or the artist (now former) of the ones you posted so far allowed you to use them? Either way, can't wait to play this.

I get giddy like a kid whenever I see there's a new update. This is great.

Such a simple effect but it adds so much to the overall feeling.

I played around a bit and got pretty bad (around 30 FPS). I don't usually complain about FPS but in a game this old(even with the upgrades) it's kind of annoying.

I get the DRM free part, but how is it better? Honest question.
