Yeah it makes sense to keep the unique looks of lords. Another question, regarding the armored penalties of magic casting how would this affect the AI lords (and units? The player as well should he roleplay that style) that are magic casters but are also armored like Malekith, Vampire Lords or Loremasters of Hoeth? Would their magic levels be such that the penalties are rendered moot or would certain armors or races not have penalties or have bonuses that offset the penalties?

Regarding the new armor and equipment for Lords, is there a chance that these could be looted or bought in the markets?

The wait was worth it. I'm absolutely enjoying the mod thus far. My only question is, since I noticed that Kislev has bears on sale as mounts, if there are any plans in the future to introduce Bear Cavalry and other types of "Monstrous" cav into troop trees and as mounts? It would be so awesome to charge into battle atop of a demigryph. Anyway, great mod, and keep up the good work!

I haven't played in a long while but I noticed some changes that I do not understand and can't find in the changelog, Mainly the removal of Kingsguard Armor, the removal of the hirable mercenaries in Essos that you could hire through their commander. I would like to see them back since I think added more flavor to Essos and to the mod in general. Additionally as a suggestion, It would be great to see Aemond Targaryen's armor have better stats. I understand the armor is supposed to be old, but still, it was the armor of a prince and its stats should reflect it. Additionally, it would be great to see the Kingsguard Armor and Aemond Targaryen's armor come in full sets. Besides that, it would be great to see the return of other Valyrian weapons, especially 2 handed swords... And as an idea for a quest, since the last episode of Game of Thrones introduced the entire world to the awesomeness that was Ser Arthur Dayne, it would be awesome if a quest was added that if you had high enough relations with the Lord of Starfall, you could potentially become the Sword of The Morning and be given Dawn and Ser Arthur Dayne's armor as a reward.
