Please make gunpower (with pistol not bow) Raven cavalry for stirland as a normal unit, not only gunpower bodyguard.

When we play the empire. After conquest of all provinces of every empire kingdom should be the option of converting faction into the united empire with access to all units. Please do this for the players ;)
