When i remove the old version am i just deleting the botet folder or do you recommend a fresh install of M2?
You dont need fresh install of M2.

Is there a problem with notifications? I dont get notification for this download. İf other does not get too thats problematic.I am sure many people who having problems with google drive link wait a notification of this download.

no this update is a stand alone you will get crashing if you just try an merge them. just unzip the BOTET zip file drag it into you mods folder(make sure you didnt doubleup on BOTET folders) and launch from the .bat file.

Thanks for the reply. I got it working from installing the beginning of the end times and it came with the 4GB patch. I will follow the video and see If I can get the beta working tomorrow.

See, I followed the instructions, but it crashes whenever I try and do a siege battle.
I keep on getting the crash "End Times" error message whenever I ran the BAT file.
I renamed the main medieval2 kingdoms because I kept getting a "Could not find kingdoms" message otherwise.
Am I missing something?

Hm... it seems like for the demigrpyh knights the actual knights' heads are missing. There are empty helmets.
waiting for patch or hotfix. too many crashes) but however its looks greate.
If you have too many crashes then you installed it wrong.
The hotfix won't be for crashes but for concrete minor errors which don't cause crashes: some fire projectiles improved, a concrete building/recruitment chain wrong, a pair of agents missing etc, that kind of things.
It doesn't matter if we release that hotfix soon because if you installed it wrong you gonna still have those crashes.
Remember: If someone else can play smoothly what you can't play, then it's your fault.

Ok sorta confused. Have had this mod before, so I downloaded 1.5, extracted it to mods, and I deleted all of the previous content for BOTET. Do I still have to use the 4gb patch, and I don't have to reinstall that right? And I used the 4gb patch on kingdoms.exe, then on medieval2.exe but it says "couldnt open executable" when I tried to patch medieval2.
And also, I can run the game and it gives me the generic M2 loading screens, and the background is black on the menu screen. Theres no custom UI at all.
Ok if I run the .bat by double clicking it runs the game but theres zero custom UI, pictures, artwork, only thing is the quotes and when I try to start a battle it gives me the "Chaos has doomed the world!" crash. If I run the .bat from admin it says it cant find kingdoms.exe.
Man you're messing a lot things up. You did something wrong, just begin from zero. As you can see, the rest of people who installed it correctly can play it. Just follow strictly the instructions, no more no less.

Install it right and you won't get crashes. If someone else can play smoothly what you can't play, it's your fault.
I`ve downloaded this today and ran it from the Batch file but every time I try and start the campaign it crashes and says its a graphical error, something about my graphics being set to high. Do I need the 4G patch to get it to work?
Yes, that's why you're getting crashes, because you didn't follow the instructions.
Yep thought so. Well i`m off to get the patch and from what I played in custom battles it is one of the best mods ive played no joke. Looking forward to the full release.
