You know, when we finish this badboy off. I always had the idea of just strapping lazers to the heads of the dinosaurs, and rocket pods to the sides of brachys and what not :O So dont rule that idea out just yet hahahaha

Hey everyone on Moddb, its Oghar from LWR. Sorry I don't talk with you guys too much, too busy working on the mod!

Wanted to tell you all the mod is still going strong. While we are aiming for a small release that might happen during the end of the holiday season. We are committed to the larger picture of creating a fun and exciting mod for you all. As for the team member size, haven't you all heard that size doesn’t matter? Though we do have a large team, we always looking for talented individuals that love dinosaurs!

To answer some questions I've seen on the front page, we are going for dinosaurs in the Cretaceous period, late Jurassic. So that would explain some of the lesser known dinos, and the more famous ones. If you take a look at some of the dinosaurs out there that aren't well known, you'll find a virtual plethora of exciting dinosaurs you never knew existed.

As for flying dinos, that is something we haven't discussed in detail yet. I wouldn't rule it out at this point, because well, nothing is impossible. Especially when it comes to this mod. Just dont expect Zombie Dinos or Dino Robots. (Btw, I just now had those ideas copywritten, don’t try to steal them!)

And as for this being an indie game. While our mod is single player, and the fact that most mods out there are multiplayer doesn’t necessarily make this an indie game. We are still a mod, and if you want to use the term "indie game" by all means, whatever makes you happy. Indie game though, in my mind suggests we are planning to have it published for purchase on our own terms, which would be false. In any case, I hope this helps out guys.

I hope to see more of you on the official forums, and I will certainly try to come around moddb much more to answer any questions you have.
