I get achievements all time, usually after 1st playthrough. But I never try to get the hardcore gamer achievements like in left 4 dead zombie genosidist "Kill 53,333" zombies -.- or Halo 3 vidmaster Annual -.-'

Really no point of asking if it works for Kane's Wrath. You have to have CNC: Tiberium Wars for it to work anyways.
