After an unusually painful setup of using the discs, Ive finally got the mod to function, and have had a couple of games. I gotta say, the mod, it's just so great. Thanks for your help, I do appreciate it. Though I must say I'm rather curious as to how my initial installation still had version 1.6 playing. I tried installing the mod again through the discs and not origin and the exact same issue was replicated. Guess it really doesn't matter, it great that it works. Thanks again.

A moment of anyone's time, if you will.

A quick question, what do people play on (disc, origin etc)? I am running into issues in playing the mod, and am just curious to see if I need to change my platform. I am currently trying to play with Origin (I know, I know) and did manage to get it working, to an extent. I did download 2.0, which the main menu confirms this. But apart from the menu changes and some newly developed issues ( changing graphics and creating profiles crashes the game) I essentially have an identical 1.6 version of the mod. So no new faction, nor new content, just the 1.6 version under the 2.0 name label. It does work ,which is all well and good, but you know, it's not the forgotten faction.

At the moment, i'm tired and lazily used origin to play the mod on. I do have disc versions, and will immediately convert to playing on them in the morning. Really though,I am just curious to just get a grasp on what people are doing to play it. On a side note, i get that it has bugs and all, and this issue may have already been addressed. I may have just missed it, so please spare me *Yawn*. Follow up questions may occur, but I will work at it soon, if I can please just get a little insight, I'd appreciate it, truly.

I can say the same here, it has also occurred when creating a new ingame profile for me.

Seeing 2.0 in the files section. Seeing version 2.0, it's.... It's so beautiful. *shedding a tear*

It's interesting that you claim your mod to be in beta for 1.6 and alpha for 2.0, when I, for one, personally found this mod to be brimming with content, with little issues and a decently balanced game. I feel skeptical towards what people claim that 2.0 will be a buggy experience, I can't say for certain, but I feel confident that the mod update will be a solid addition, and that perhaps the biggest issue that 'could' be present would be potential unbalanced gameplay with the new faction addition. Despite this, this can be something that can be ironed out as users playtest it and report back. In a nutshell, I'm having high hopes contrary to what others claim.

Time to find my Tib wars discs then.

This looks exceptional, looking at the frequency of updates and the amount of content, seems like this is destined to be a top mod.

I genuinely believe it is, he is still posting periodic article updates, along with images and his new additions to the mod, just have a look at these images and when he is posting them, he definitely is around.

And do remembe, he is sparing no expense in quality, detail and functionality.

Let's just all agree that the EMP should not be integrated into the game in the first place :p

It actually happened in the field of the map, not my base, happened sometime ago, so I don't remember all details, might have had a couple of vehicles nearby or something.
