To anyone that's concerned about my current whereabouts: I'm sorry for the delay. Other responsibilities have kept me busy, and I often don't get a lot of time to work on my mods. I admit that I almost burned myself out at some point last month and I was afraid of possible backlash for announcing a delay. Luckily, I've gotten plenty of support thanks to the people I talk to on Discord. I'm still working on Tech One Plus and I don't plan on stopping any time soon.

Sounds like a cool idea on paper, but why build an Experimental Transport that has as much unit capacity as 2 Continentals? Continentals also have Shields that give them incredible protection against enemy anti-air weaponry while they deploy your forces. Unless this transport can carry a Fatboy, I don't see why I should build any of these on the field.

For balance reasons, I hope this unit's shields aren't as beefy as other T2 mobile shield generators. Cybrans aren't really tanky overall due to their superior firepower and mobility.

Feels a bit weird giving the Cybrans a new artillery unit at Tech 2. A small group of Vipers is usually enough to bust apart enemy defenses in the early game thanks to their missiles splitting into multiple missiles if you try to destory them with UEF Buzzkills or Cybran Zappers. To be fair, though, a new T2 Arty unit for the Cybrans can serve as a good substitute if up against Aeon and Seraphim - as their TMDs work much differently.

Imagine if the UEF had stuff like this during the Battle of Fort Clarke! Would've been in complete awe seeing Seraphim Siege Tanks ripping apart these Fortresses as they get closer and closer to Fort Clarke.

I can come up with a few ideas for T3 storages already. Heck, if given the chance to mod this game one day, I just might try to beat you guys to the punch. :D

General T3 Storage properties:
* As big as a T2 Generator/T3 Mass Fabricator
* Volatile
* Mass Storages - Stores 10,000 Mass per Storage
* Energy Storages - Stores 100,000 Energy per Storage

The T3 Storages would have unique properties based on the overall strengths of the four factions.

Aeon T3 Storage - Has a Personal Shield, but this requires 250 Energy to run each storage's shield.

UEF T3 Storage - Has the most HP of the T3 Storages, but costs more resources to build.

Cybran T3 Storage - Has the least HP of the T3 Storages, but has Tactical Missile defenses and costs the least amount of resources to build.

Seraphim T3 Storage - Has good HP and a Personal Shield, but neither of which are as strong as that of the Aeon's and UEF's. On the bright side, it costs only 100 Energy to run its shield and costs less resources to build than the UEF T3 storage.
