Shame it is not complete. This example from the US museum seems to be the only one. I wonder if there is some existing info for it because the museum doesn't provide any.
But it isn't big, it is shorter than FG-42...

It was the first weapon with the socalled bullpup system.
It was constructed by knorr bremse.

No it is not. First documented bull-pup design comes from the break of 20th century.

Description

Prototype weapons of WW2
Knorr Bremse. German auto rifle in 7,92x57mm Mauser. It is said to be in competition with FG-42 for a new Luftwaffe's paratrooper rifle. The magazine is put into the weapon's schaft horizontally from left side in same manner as in FG-42. The weapon is not complete on the picture (bolt assembly and buttstock are missing).
