i mean where can i get the deep impact files because its only the european conflict files that i can see that can be downloaded from this website

why is it when my game speed is at max, after a while the speed goes to the regular... its pretty annoying cos i like it when my units move fast but it just keeps going back to the regular. if anyone has expirenced this and fixed please tell me how
