You know, you should add some kind of baseplate under the entrance. Looks kinda weird with the grass.
Same for the housecolor on top - I feel like there should be some kind of border or transition, right feels like someone just painted the top part red for no reason.
PS: I am supprised you modeled the ladders so detailed - a siple box and a texture with an alpha channel would seem like the cheaper choice.

I agree that it does look strange, some kind of bib is needed.

It's house colour. Sometimes it make sense, sometimes it don't.

Even EALA modelled the ladders on the GDI power plant!
I think the detail is too large for alpha mapping.
If I was bothered with a low LOD model then I would definitely consider this, but I am not.
