I must say that the Lasher tank is certainly one of the classic RA2 concept art that I like. I would 'theoretically' get around to doing it at some point.
The Apocalypse Tank I will probably never do because I have a really nice Apoc already in C&C3 thanks to the Project X team.
I must say I looked up the Scooper tank and did not really like the design.
My next likely project could be the Yuri's Revenge Gatling Tank (based mostly on the Concept art). This is because it is a design I like, and it is relatively simple to model.

You should try recreating the Lasher or the RA2 Apoc (or maybe the TA Scooper Tank, I loved that design).
