Guys can you make some patch on the running in the game ? It is so slow even if i m not overloaded and its not even real. Its exhausting me too for no real reason cmon

I have a big problem. when i come to the laboratory o-consciousness then when the unknown entity will teleport you and you ll go up and he will let the gas go to the room, but i eated the anti virus drug in the radar and i allways die and cant escape. pls help me or maybe tell me if i need to install any hack to bring antiviral drug or idk
