Is it possible to have radiation naturally go down when it is below a certain amount? So if we have only 10 rads, we don't have to waste a whole item to get rid of it. But if it goes over 100 for example, then it will not deteriorate and we must use an item to remove it.

Probably radiation hurts the most, in the early game that is.
it needs to be rebalanced somehow or informed better.

And Radiation decay is a nice idea, it decays too in real life

I don't know if it was your mod that removed it, but if it was could you bring back the effect of your weapon moving closer when up against objects. I really liked that effect and it didn't make the shooting more difficult or uncomfortable.

Not really, weather have cycle alternating between two presets. AF3 creator might know the answer, so feel free to ask him

It seems to me, in Atmosfear settings in CoP was "weather balance" for every location, is not it?
It was clear, cloudy, etc. and balance.

Thats the duration of the preset, you can still do that editing the atmosphear_options file that comes with dead air.

Ive just changed the presets for each location[like from cloudy/rainy to sunny], using the ingame menu. Nothing fancy, you can do that yourself.

This mod actually works. You can freely overwrite whatever this is replacing w/o breaking anything, I only had one crash in 10 hrs that hasn't happened again.

I can see already few points ive added, like better stamina, cheaper perks, traders[barman now sells weapons]. I dont think making mutant food healthier is good, after all vodka would be useless in the game, also the perk for strong stomach, wouldnt make much sense.Weapon degradation is fine, the problem is the conditions like broken barrel, dirty spring, but i have yet to decipher how to change that[ive contacted the devs, so maybe in the future i will change it]

Thanks for the mod, personally I'm only interested in the butcher mod and I agree that the stealing stashes is bugged right now. Funny how all of us Stalkers have such different views on the Zone. For instance I found Chimeras and Bloodsuckers complete pushovers even with the default sawn-off shotgun. Thanks again.

Shotguns are strong in my mod, but not that strong as in vanilla Dead Air. I dont find them pushovers, chimera takes like 20 point blank range shots from shotgun, and bloodsuckers are crazy fast.

Weird I found Bloodsuckers to move much much slower. Maybe I just got lucky XD. Again thanks for the mod, could you direct me to where I can just at the butcher perk update? Or perhaps release your mod with separate changes? (Pain in the *** I know.) On a side note I'm completely overhauling the English Translation to make the game more immersive instead of your character knowing every detail about everything.

Open itms_manager.script find loot_mutant section, and just below the code with "kit_hunt" add

BTW: Do someone know how to remove the pushing effect from tushkanos? Its driving me crazy, the ******* that weight at most 10kg, push you constantly. You are in the middle of trying to hide in the bushes for ambush, but the tushkanos just push you like a paper bag... I guess lowering ph_mass, but is there something less dirty than that? I can give tushkanos super low m mass, but they still could push me probably. Jesus what a retardedness, who thought that would be a good idea?

For some reason none of the kits that you choose with perks are adding items to inventory on start.

What kits? There is only one kit and you can get it with inventor starting perk.

When you choose anomaly explorer (i think its called) perk - you're supposed to start with a bunch of items.

The problem is, you don't.

Same with the medical pack perk and a few others...

Ive checked that, everything works well. Read the description, because ive changed the loadouts. You dont start with the same equipment, but the overall costs are less. Im going to raise cost of some perks, or add more/less equipment, since there are no perks for 30 points, and if you take armor, you are left with 10 points left, not being able to spend them on anything.

okay, i remember trying out your initial edit. one pistol round to the leg kills unarmored stalkers so i think the balance is kinda funky. i like the non-creature folder edits however.

Pistols are only roughly two times stronger than in normal DA. But you won't kill low tier stalkers with just a one shot, he must have been injured already. Also i might balance damages.ltx, because enemies in DA tend to drop like flies, and that's the same story with VANILLA dead air. Its not the fault of my mod, since i havent changed ammo damage much, and weapons have roughly the same damage.

What changes were made to the weapons? Like, specifically? Did you make them overall more hard hitting? More balanced? More details please.

Secondly, with the changes to the AI, will that now make stealth obsolete like the other AI changing mods here?

Third, I don't care much for the stalkers stealing from the stashes, Is it possible to get a version without that change?

Fourth, I imagine if I don't want the mutants to be changed, I simply don't copy over the contents of those, right? I imagine you didn't change any scripts specifically related to those, just the configs? They're not very hard as is, and dead air is already way too easy for my tastes.

There is a problem with stealth mode. Sometimes it's not obvious if character stands or crouch. Also I think character should be able switching to running from stealth mode.

For those who want more lethal combat, set time_to_aim to 0 for all weapons, and hit_probability_max_dist to 100. I've uploaded my weapon configs directory for those who want it(Install after installing the overhaul addon).

How can i enable next weapon and previous weapon scroll on the mouse because when i scroll down to next weapon scroll not work???? Also how to enable trade ,because i try to make trade with some stalkers and says trade not avalible...???

The perks are bugged, when you select butcher or mind, they give you steady hands and strong stomach..., also, two more loadouts appear but they don't say what they do

I don't see any point in buffing enemies, cause they see everything in night. I you want to sneak behind them, they will somehow see you, turn around and start to shoot.

Their vision cone is pretty big, like 140 degree, so sneaking would work only when directly behind their back. And enemies can hear player character, so you cant sneak to them to knife them. You can close distance for an ambush, but knifing is dangerous.

hello mate, maybe you know how we can fix bug: mercenary and ecolog in group. and if u find ecolog group with mercenary, ecologs too going agressive. ill check alot of files but i dont find where squad ecologs+mercenary. sorry for my bad english

This is a problem of game relations, and changing it would affect the whole balance. Right now if you kill npcs that are neutral to other factions, that faction will be angry. So killing miilitary will anger ecologs, and so on. This can be changed, so you can shoot a faction and no one cares, but it will unbalance everything.

please help me. its dont work. i change relation file. now i can kill merc and milit without losing ecolog reputation, but on
yantar i have mercs and egologs. and when i going to merc(he agressive) ecologs going agressiv too. maybe he on squad, and when i get negative reputation with 1 squad member - i get all members bad reputation

Hello!! Can someone tell me where he can get the seva suit? and another thing how can I get to Yantar ?? I tried it through roostock but when I got to the entrance where the vanilla had mercenary shooters I lose life without reason as if it were psionic attacks .. also try for dead city but the psychic barrier does not let me go far .. any ideas?

This is not a question to me, its an intended mechanic of Dead Air, for wild territory to have toxic gas. Please people, read the description, im not in any way affiliated with Dead Air team, and i wont fix their mod. I can only tweak some parts that i find ********.

I will try to check if sprinting while holding weapon can be somehow increased. It is slow i know, and quite annoying.
