Alright thanks. Reporting back on my results, I found that this issue does occur in the vanilla game also.

Graphics card is amd rx 480 msi armor OC 4gb. Graphical settings are at the "maximum" settings with the only thing touched being the unchecked vsync + 60hz option.

That I can't be too sure on. I believe a similar bug happened in SHOC when playing in the garbage but not in the other areas.

Also I realize some other issues too with the optional addons.
-enemies still drop their weapon on the grounds even though I have the plugin that disables that
-red dotted enemies still show up on my minimap

However, other plugins like the transparent inventory, no intros, prefilled stashes work.

Is there an addon (maybe its included in this mod) that randomizes the loot in crates and stashes? I've been looking for a mod that does that since I hate the fixed and not randomized loots in those things.

Planning to play the mod with that kind of implementation in mind

BTW what things from ZRP are brought into this mod? Does it include fast travel?

I have a question about this mod before using it..Have people actually completed the game using this mod or are there bugs that prevent people from doing so?

I heard that it was just 10 weapons? Or is it more?

Also if i do plan to make another playthrough, will the Lurk mod be any different from this mod esp. in terms of new weapons?

Got any solutions as I am using the ENB on windows 10 64 bit?

I already deleted the direct9 file that has been causing issues with windows 10
