I confirm UI/HUD/menus overbight in DX10 and DX11 mode.
No problem in DX9 mode.
It has nothing to do with the tonemapping settings, it seems a renderer bug.

Ah, another issue: for a strange reason the maxanisotropy auto-setting variable has a value of 2 instead of 16 (I have a GTX 1050 Ti, lastest drivers). Forcing it to 16 (and setting the filter to 16) is working, but it's an issue nonetheless (every GPU today offers 16 as max)
OK found the culprit: using r_swapinterval to sync the framerate causes this terrible problem. Can you solve it (or speak to iortcw author) ?
