Get out of here, Stalker! Just joking friends, come in and enjoy my constantly growing profile. This is the list of the games I play: S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series (favourite), Far Cry series (also one of my favourites), Crysis games (nice graphics), Assassin's Creed series (#1 games when it comes to atmosphere and history), GTA (especially San Andreas), Borderlands 1&2. Oh, and I'm addicted to World of Tanks right now... Feel free to comment my images!
Been working on that map since a week or so, just purely for fun, will probably never released since I have no clue about that :D
Supposed to be real deep jungle (not that random trees+grass combination from the original game) with a heavily-guarded fort inside, and a path through all the jungle to reach it, from the north and the south, with one big checkpoint in the south, that can be avoided by sneaking around it.
Dunno, was just an idea, I wasn't really satisfied how they've done the rain forest in FC3, the whole island in my opinion was over-populated and there were way too many streets, I never had the actual feeling to be in the middle of some huge forest area that won't let you get out alive just like that.
I still look forward to Far Cry 4, even if the devs already stated that it will take place in a map that is roughly as big as in FC3, but will feature even more life.
Since the setting is in Himalaya, I can live with that. Sure, Himalaya isn't the most-populated patch of earth, but there are way more people than on a tropical island that can't even be seen on a map because it's too small...
Oh and the picture shows a Japanese war-time plane (probably a Zero, heavily used by these japanese suicide pilots), which was found somewhere on the island in a more or less good condition, by the mercenaries. Since its discovery it was used for drug transports across the islands, until the day the plane showed off its age...the merc realised that too late, it seems.
He survived two days in the Jungle, heavily injured, but in the end he shot himself with the Deagle that still remains in his right hand.
Wow, how i wish this was the kind of vegetation in te original game! I cant seem to use the map editor, i get a nice amount of lag heh.. nice build you got there :)
There is more vegetation available in the Map-Editor than that was used in the original game actually, and that kind of surprises me :D
Do you see these high bamboo-like plants behind the airplane? That is sugarcane, never seen this plant in the game. But it can be fully destroyed and can be pushed to the side while going through it, so fully functional model, just never implemented in the game.
We need moar screens!
Everything for my favourite "Nuclear Accident" :D Just wait, maybe tomorrow I'll finish the map, the I'll upload it :D
Great. Waiting for some really good scenes *-*
