SEF improves everything in SWAT 4 and adds more upgrades than I could imagine. And it's still being updated.
This is the best 2142 mod I have ever played. So much custom content, loads of weapons, 5 or 6 types of soldiers.
I don't like only one thing: THERE ARE NO SERVERS
It's impossible to win in singleplayer, at lest for me.
