Well, basically, the SWR team is doing great job in creating the balanced mod with 2 additional factions, and getting as much out of the 10 years old game engine as it's possible. The amount of work put into lore development and lore-related updates is also quite outstanding, not many modders even attempt to put that much effort into developing storyline for their mods.
