After day 300 or so my weather stops changing. I've played for some time when i realised that weather froze at "storm" for a month. Tried to load a save game with day 295 - it changes, but after a week it stops at current weather and doesn't change anymore. Any ideas?

Is it possible to save skill points when reconnecting\map change\whatever? Registering only saves rank progression, not skill points. Also, what does rank progression do?
