Is there a reason why the orcs of Dol Guldur use undead spirits as part of their armies?

Will any of the orcs of Mordor bear some of the arms and armour of Gondor? You see some orcs using Gondorian equipment in the film so it could be cool to see some orcs using them, especially those in higher-tiered units as a way of showing off their veteran status. Plus, you don't need to develop as much in the way of assets.
