Autumn was previously in but was removed as it served no purpose other than to basically replace the Marathon and (to some extent) the Valiant. It will make a return in a post Human-Covenant war version of the mod the devs are planning on making once they're finished with this, along with presumably the others you listed. Honestly, I hate to say it, but the mod is not really the issue here. Myself along with many others don't have the same issue, however this mod does have a pretty steep learning curve compared to the base game and other mods. I suggest heading over to the discord for help, it's hard to give advice without knowing more.

Interesting idea, however you can't say it would affect gameplay as strikecraft are extremely useful and powerful. Having more, especially earlier in the game would definitely change things.

They would have to create a 3D model of the CSO which takes a lot of time, pretty pointless to make one wallpaper. They don't just pull these assets out of their butts ya know.

1. You can either go to where you installed the mod and edit the EnabledMods.txt by deleting the mod name and quotes and changing the Enabled Mod Count to 0. Or you can go to the game's main menu, options, game files (I believe) and disable the mod from there.

2. To get more capital ships you need to research the fleet upgrades. Should be the research tab second from the bottom, right below diplomacy and above the artifacts. You should see two lines of multiple researches, the top one is for more capital ship slots and the bottom is for fleet supply. You'll need to research a mix of both to increase the size of your fleet.

I know it's kind of taboo around here to ask, but any idea when we'll see a post war version of the mod? Not asking for a date or anything like that, but are you guys targetting a release of some kind before 2018? Or some time later?

So, will we finally see buildable Stridents now that there's finally a canon source that says they're used outside the Infinity's complement as well? Warfleet pretty specifically mentions that the UNSC was building hundreds.

The upgrade adds like 4 mass drivers to the station... just look at it in game, it doesn't need to look any more well defended.

Media.moddb.com

(could be an old model, but you get the point since they layout is the same)

Anchor stations already have a MAC gun upgrade though...

The Autumn's did not have shielding when they were in the mod though, IIRC the best explanation the devs came up with was that they made other ships obsolete (the Marathons for the most part) so once a player was able to get Autumns there was really no point in getting ones like the Marathons. Plus it's good to remember that spartan boarding parties aren't generally that great, at best they capture something like a CCS class cruiser and it's a rather expensive ability to use.

You should try reinstalling it then, that's not a normal issue.

That's a great idea and all, except you know... there really aren't any other ships in the Halo universe, at what point would the devs have to make up non-canon crap? The mod is fine where it's at, if more ships is what you want I'm afraid you'll have to find a different mod almost certainly for a different universe.

You need the official DLCs for the game to enable them.

Yea I'm not a fan of the Poseidon or Vindication either, they don't look like they belong at all in the universe. The Strident is the only one that I like with that type of design, however those awful models like the ones used in H4 Midnight look like trash.

We won't be seeing those until the post war version of the mod comes out. Devs have said they don't know when that will be though.

Autumns are coming back when the post war version of the mod is released. The devs have said as it stands now there's really no place for the Autumn in the current lineup of capitals. As for the CSO, I really don't know why that's such a common question. It's massively out of the scope of the game size-wise and it would never be able to be properly balanced. Do people really imagine a way it could be balanced? Anyways as others have said the only likely way it could find its way into the mod would be as a world piece/object.

A single ODP cannot one shot a titan unless you titan already had very low health. Sounds more like they had a lot more than one ODP to me since IIRC a single ODP does ~10,000 (or less) damage per shot. The issue I find with titans in this is that it's almost always leading the fleet by being in front of all the smaller cannonfodder ships, also due to the way the AI is coded they always try to target it first no matter its position within the fleet. Anyways, as keeping with the theme from Halo 2's Cairo Station, the most effective form of offense against ODPs is to use strike craft, something late game Covenant can do very well. I suggest having a pair of DDS class carriers or possibly higher level CAS class carriers at least to be able to have enough strike craft to effectively eliminate them.

That ability has been removed for the time being. The creators have said that it will probably be added back when they release the post war version of the mod.

No, you don't need any DLCs to use it.

Any word on when said post war version is coming? Don't need an exact date but I was wondering if you guys had like a timeline or something or if it's just a "when it's ready" kind of thing.

It's very clearly intended to be like that... probably so the Titan can be killed without having to destroy the entire factory. Also are you sure your jump bug is actually a bug? It sounds more like you either haven't researched the tech for it or it's an issue with the map's pathing.

That's an issue on your side, not the mod. Try redownloading the mod and make sure you follow all of the install instructions correctly.

Any hints as to what you guys are currently working on (as in models and stuff)? Also any hints as to when we might expect a new version, definitely not expecting any dates but are you guys planning on a spring or summer release for it?

Unfortunately this mod has a very different playstyle than most. It requires rapid expansion which is just something that comes from experience. Most other mods are built so one can build a small fleet to expand their borders and gather resources while they research new ships. This mod requires constant production as well as research of new ships/tech, without constant production you'll be easily overwhelmed as your fleets are generally woefully smaller than the enemies. ODPs also help with defending as you expand your fleets, in the beginning-mid game you'll be absolutely crushed without any ODPs.

So basically TL;DR, always keep building ships and researching new techs, never stop or you'll get crushed.

To the best of my knowledge, no. However the planet itself is extremely valuable as IIRC it's the most powerful planet infastructure wise.

That totally depends on the slot you're in in the lobby, just put yourself in whatever slot you're currently putting the AI in.
