I`m a big S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Fan since release of the series. Have tried every mod that comes out for SoC, CoP and CS. I simply love this game. My other favorite games are the Fallout, Elder Scrolls and The Witcher series. Bioshock series, Dead Space 1, F.E.A.R. 1, C&C series and of course FarCry and Crysis series are my favorites. Beside gaming I try to spend my times to my family and friends. Yes I`m maybe an full time gamer. But to be honest, I need a timeout. Be it for my girl, who are also an videogames addict like me ( to my luck : ) Gaming is necessary for me after work or an long travel. You must know that I work on a Offshore Platform, and have an working cycle that I work 2 - 3 months in a row. And have freetime for again 2 - 3 months, sometimes work 4 months and free 3 - 4 months. So you see, I have a good amount of spending time. And Video games are the best thing to relax from this "extraordinary" type of job. Hope this leaves you an small mark about me.

The last step will be the ugly English version in this current state, means proper translation.

I will upload all text and description files for translation and anyone who will take a look are really really welcome, credits guarantied. Most of them are Google translated and needs understandable English spelling, sentence structure and orthography.

And asking for permission regarded all extra added elements. Means a yes from Meltac, Loner or PRZ, Vega, OGSE team, Cromm Cruac and Ket.

Introducing the Mod with a "available soon" status will follow. I'm about to design some elements for it.

Guys, I'm getting a new working cycle for around 4 months. This means a long absence again. Since phones and Internet are not allowed there I will only communicate at weekends or free time with others.

As for NS DMX Redone, the last steps are being made and its stable as possible for now (remember this is Stalkersoup). For a overview, there will be only 100 percent crashes at the Bar and Freedom base entry. This crashes WILL happen because of the added extra NPC`s, means its a vanilla limitation.
All other Maps, even the Swamps and Old Village are cleaned , edited and fixed for the maximum stability that is possible for an Stalkersoup version, lets say NO crashes at all. To be honest this was the first priority and the main goal.

PP, WTCM, New Textures and Bumps, Shaders with Sun Shafts and buggy scripts are all done. The WTCM needs some little touches and the textures too. But nothing important or game breaking.
Sorry that I cannot post some Images anymore but for now Dead City will be an surprise and images of the location will be uploaded close to release.

You guys may be angry and will not forgive me but I'm currently playing Dark Souls 2 and will wait for a update of LA. Some report silly framerate drops on High-End rigs. An fix for it will be made.

About 7zip, this is a bug with 7zip itself. It will extract all parts properly but it will show that only part 1 will be zipped. In fact 7zip will extract all four parts.

7zip is also a way better and faster than WinRAR.

The Mod is actually ready. But to be honest I'm not happy with the current translation and stability.
All main features like PP, PRZ2, WTCM and special DDOF for the Stalkersoup maps are done. WTCM needs some tweaks in sun position and lighting.

Also Im about getting a new work cycle in the next month (read my BIO).
So my goal is to finish a proper translation for all elements like descriptions and text at all at this time.

I will ask for help in the next days, its machine translated and needs proper English grammar. This is the last step.

Yes, that's the main reason. But let me say that even a High End PC, like mine, cannot handle the Complete Pack properly. But this is more X-Ray Engine related than the HD Pack.

And the "weak point in the design" are definitely the to clean Textures. It simply doesn't fit to the STALKER world at all. On the other side, some Metal, Ground, Plant and other Textures who are rusty and weathered are really great.

As a side note, the Mod author say that maybe peoples like up scaled and sharpened Textures much more then real HD. Believe me, the up scaled and sharpened Textures are the most worst Texture Mods of all files for STALKER. Some of them cannot even be used with shader Mods properly, whereas all Textures of this Mod works without issues.

Awesome STALKER atmosphere capture. Since CoP some other Games tried to make a immersing Rain feature but never reached the Rain with the Wet surfaces feature in the Cop engine until now imo.

In NS DMX you will get a task to collect Brains from some unique Controllers right under the feet's of this generators.
But you must finish the main quest first with destroying the C-Consciousness ( sorry ) and disconnect them from the generators.

Also in NS DMX there are plenty of Controllers in this level. And it will explained that all of them comes from the CNPP 2.
The CNPP 1 is "only" the front entry to the plant.

And the info is right, they are responsible for emissions. But will work without the C-Consciousness too. They are the door to the whole Zone or World for the C-Consciousness.

Don`t know but Wild Territory are with Radar my favorite Map`s.

Ok, there is Dark Valley and Yantar. Underground levels included of course. But Rostok is with nooks and crannies that are difficult to observe. A lot of Action here.

Don`t forget Pripyat. Aaah what the heck I´m talking about, the whole game is unique : )

About that grass, an good idea f.e. is to find some color matched grass and ground textures for the levels. A lot of work but it eliminates the grass fading in a easy way. Have done this for DMX. You will absolutely not notice the grass fading at all.
