He was absolutely right about the mod's maps feeling unconnected. A fade to black, with no seamless transitions between levels is terrible. Being in combat situations to where you have to plan every reload, and monitor your health is apart of Half-life 2, in your mod, I don' have to worry about any of that, everything gets reset at that "Loading Data..." screen.
Difficulty was easy on some maps, as the combine AI had no prior knowledge of me being in the area. Use Squads, and set the NPC AI states to combat or alert.
On other maps, like the canal map with the Combine Helicopter... That was just unfair, there was no way of preparing yourself for the helicopter. No real cover.
The optimization on some of your levels were outright abysmal, Industrial had a leak on it, and so did some of the maps in canal, which shows you didn't really bother with polishing your maps. That and the random ZEIL's that appeared all over the place.
I don't really know what kalixx1 meant by 'Is this any better' But I assume it has to do with using FakeFactory(Cinimatic Mod) content as a base, rather than the stock hl2 content.
This map isn't entirely the e3_terminal, it looks as if its a older edition of c17_01 with the extended plaza.
These materials are rendered in PBR, how do they look with traditional shaders?
The alphatest on the windows on the ground floor on the terminal hotel look harsh.
You should make two textures of the woodwall, one with translucent and one that is opaque. Use the opaque texture for the walls and the translucent one for the window part.

I would think of it as a art style for his textures, which appear to be hand painted. Kind of like 'Life is Strange'. From the screenshots he's submitted his work suits the style quite well.
What others have achieved is irrelevant.
Missing Information already made a Borealis chapter [playable], should all the mods neglect the Borealis entirely because of such?

You shouldn't rely on taking away from your level as the only means of gaining performance, look into areaportals,hint and skip and most importantly nodraw
Are there two trainstations on the map? I see the glass one featured on e3_industrial and the one you built to the left.
Is the industrial one a trainstation anymore?
While I disagree with the level design choices, I am all for the weapons.
The fog does not blend with the level, try to change it so it blends with the skybox more
I believe the plaster textures should be swapped to the outdoor variant. The indoor ones (the building on the left look really odd. The clocktower itself is just silly.

The textures on the level look poor and unfitting. They do not blends well with the models (the crates) I suggest you change the textures to a more darker look.
The minisub just looks awful and should be retextured completely if not modeled.
The spotlights feel random, the background appears sudden. I believe the building in the center with the arch should have more faces on it to feel more round.
Other than that you have probably made one of the most faithful editions of the old city based off of that one concept art.
Its disrespectful to the mod it self, and the modding community. See it for what you want, I am not here to convince you.

Not obsolete, just content that's old to show off as something brand new from us.
There would be an actual video of gameplay, mostly to show off newly animated weapons, most likely taking part in the hyperborea and to the test map. Screenshots of the recently expanded terminal and industrial, including the borealis chapter.
