What's the practical difference between using the default SteamAppId 420 and Source 2013 SDK? Also, if we do change the SteamAppId in Gameinfo.txt to Source 2013 SDK, do we need to make that change in the MMod 1.3 compatibility patch as well, since Gameinfo.txt in that patch references SteamAppId 420?
