Bit of a late reply but most development/releases have moved to the unknowncheats forum, which is where the two lead devs are most active.
Current version of the framework is 0.17.2, which is up-to-date with 1.9.7 game version.

Scratch that. Both Irradiated food AND Loot money is broken with the new patch. The others should work fine.

I remember reading that loot money and the mask overlays are compatible. Irradiated food isn't though. An update for Call of Changes is required for that.

Can't remember about weapons removed during bandaging. Sorry.

Is there a reason the bitbucket repo for Call of Chernobyl got deleted? It was nice seeing what new things were going to be in the next patch before they got added.

Most addons updated for 1.3.20 seem to work with 1.3.3. So far the changes are quite nice. I'm curious though if there's plans to fix the closed captioning for Clear Sky stalkers or if it's very low on the list.

Sorry to be a pain. I love the added PDA messages and news from other stalkers in the game. But I was wondering if it were possible to get the ones that are from AMK, such as the "STALKER died" messages and chatter about mutants wandering around in the area. Unless the ones in AA2 are just premade messages and not dynamic.

The weather cycle error is common and unrelated to blowouts afaik. I get it as well with regular blowouts still happening and weather changing normally.

Might be the possibility that you'd have to start a new game after making changes to the blowout schedule. Wish I could help more unfortunately.
