Hi, i was playing 3 months ago in 1.31 version of the game and costs of units were very high, my friend was playing at 1.2 and he had 2x bigger army than me with very cheap upkeep. This incredibly high upkeep costs are still in new version of the game ?

I'm have lags from time when i have installed that mod :(
Why ??? on my computer i can play in crysis 2 on max details without lags but in this mod i cant ;d. I can play but on multiplayer i have soooo big lags, plis help (im have steam version).
