How can you be so sure? It's news. They accepted a new deal with Vostok Ventures to produce Survarium for precisely that reason-lack of funding/no investors & failure to reach an agreement with S. rights owners.S2 was abandoned but the work done still remains. GSC even changed their names to Vostok Games.

Being sad about it ain't gonna turn things around.

Stalker 2's been cancelled due to lack of funding. The GSC staff's been working on it since 2009 without pay & they abandoned it. Sad. Perhaps this mod will be the last thing worth playing from the Stalker franchise.
They are now working on Survarium- an exclusively multiplayer game.

Wow I never got that part of the mod...interesting course your game took. I got lost in the story & simply didn't know which way to go. I reached the bridge to limansk too fast I guess. The machine translation really hurts playability. What are those 'errors' anyway? Mistakes the character made? If one such error occurs, do you have to go back to an older save? The mod was beast, untill I got too entangled in the plots & things stopped functioning properly. If this would have map markers it would be all that much greater. Anyway for the fast release of the complete mod, complete new storyline & maps make it 10/10.

It's not about the mod, but the game.

You enter underground only after talking to the trader down the stairs between the cisterns-he tells you to go search for Luke, near the mercenary base at Agroprom. There's a way underground near the stairs on the hill, a red cross marking it on the map.

It;s supposed to be that way, later in the game after the battle for the bridge to Limansk Duty kills the zombies & establish a base there. Don't talk to the grasshopper-i think hes called near the transition between yantar & agro-or he will start his trip too early in the game, walk into some zombies & die..he later gives you a quest. Go straight to cs base & setup your game. The monster press shotgun is at the tower where the blowout occurs in the unmodded game, take it after talking to the cs scientist.

It's on the S-W part of the swamps.*

No, it's the guard tower you 1st go to when you play an unmodded game; the one with a clear sky soldier dat says ' go up, the monsters can't get you there, & where an emission occurs. The guard dies & you can pick up the monster press.. The location is unmarked on the map. It's on the S-E part of the swamps.

BTW where is grandfather's house? There's a mercenary from the army warehouses that tells me to go there.

Never mind I found it. I've been waiting a long time for a mod like this-all about it is very well designed, including the sky...if you know what i mean...:P

I know it's on swamps but where? Fishing village? or the post near cordon?

Last question: please tell me where to find that monster press shotgun.

How do I go down the whole in Agroprom? It keeps telling me "what do i need". Also The find lucas mission is failed, is that a problem? The dudy dude died.

There is also no mission log, just message log. Is it supposed to be this way?

Gave this mod 10 out of 10 for the mindfking atmosphere. This mod is P-hard. I'm currently near the scientists bunker. Any idea what I need t do next. Message says 'I'm gonna ebat professor Burka & find the truth."
