tell what the steps were for download, the last mod I downloaded was a long time ago. can you give me detailed steps. I familiar with the website but I feel I am missing some details in the process.

I would like to know how hard this mod is on a computer. I have a cheap laptop that can run native fine on high setting, but I don't want to download what seems to be a very deep mad without knowing how it will run. Does this mod just do item and faction changes, or dose it do intense graphical changes.

After installing the mod, I tried running it and the computer could not find a program to run the installer on
