Does this mod replaces the empire and the rebellion? or can I play with the empire, the rebellion, the consortium, the clones and confederacy? :)

When i try to play the game stop working and get close... what could be that? I have the AOE Conquerors in spanish, and windows 7 x64, could be some of this two??
