"weapontoggle3" "3,4"
just above //default weapons and you'll be able to do what you're looking for.

You can either extract it straight to your Doom 3 BFG install folder and run it using the included .bat (requires RBDoom3BFG) or you could just extract it into \Base and select overwrite, but I do not know if that also requires RBDoom3BFG. Either way, you should probably be using RBDoom3BFG.

change it to this: set com_product_lang_ext "1"
