First, this is mod, as many people have said previously, shows what the game COULD have been. One of the more interesting aspects of this mod is the wide range of potential units, characters, heroes and the like that would have made the vanilla game a more enjoyable experience. That being said, Imperial Civil War goes far beyond a unit list. It is understandable that a developer may limit the appearance of a game in order to appeal to a wide range of consumers, those with high end, middle ground or even low end machines and allow them to play the game. Yet, what Imperial Civil war does is offer a high graphic experience to those with even low end systems and offers an enjoyable gamine experience that, at least for this writer, encourages frequent replays. Between the different galactic conquest "scenarios", skirmish battles and the ultimate galaxy at war game, there is just about something for everyone.
