Well, I guess that no matter how many developers you have employed at a company and how many millions of dollars you've pumped into it, bugs are always bound to show their nasty faces. - Just funny how I've also always found the amounts of bugs to be especially prevalent on EA titles.

The main menu music is something I made back when I still worked on the shaders for the mod. - I can't really remember where the tracks are in the gamedata folder. Windows might have it cataloged - try searching for "Turn Point" or "T1"

Well, actually, it's not the first. It was mainly inspired by a stalker mod I saw quite some time ago (gone now?). In any case, stacked static images are sooooo mainstream anyway. - We're making a new even more impressive flash front, which also describes the mod a bit better.

I don't understand the thumb downs. It does indeed have a slight resemblence of the british Mark tanks from WWI - but I suppose it's because most people imagine either the A7V tank or the Renault FT tank, when thinking of WWI tanks. In any case - nice model.

Thanks. As for the money, well, that would be nice bonus, although not the main goal. Initially, I thought it out as a way to help minor game studios (Orange) - Where on of the special conditions will be an active Moddb/IndieDB game or studio page. If it becomes a success (even a minor one), I'm planning on making a cut donation (like 20% of earnings) to random kickstarter game projects.

I agree that the first game-philosophy creates a much more immersive game world, than the latter. Also, looking at it in a real-world perspective (not that the Stalker scenario is very realistic in general, but still), a zone without all sorts of flimsy sci-tech would be most probable.

Also, The Road was a nice movie :)

We are aware of this. There was a reason as to why we decided to make it antagonistic (much similar to, and heavily inspired by the Metro 2033 approach). Neo-nazism/Fascism is sadly not something that belongs solely into historical context. Statistically, the far-right movements are gaining momentum these days and could potentially become a threat in the future, which is also why we decided to include it. Nothing symbolizes evil as good as a swastika.
