i want to report a strange problem that occured when i istalled this mod, zone is just empty no npc-s even in places like skadowsk ship or anywhere, they just dont spawn, i tried messing with population options and nothing changed
also all traders sell all stuff exept weapons, any help on that?

guys you dont need this mod,just go to that guy in the red forest,and you can upgrade all guns to max,noo need for the tools,Best regards.
