I'm getting a systematic crash when trying to use the Japanese (either myself or as an enemy) with the skirmish AI. I'm only using GSM and the addon.

These new missions are an excellent improvement over the classic ones, I enjoyed them even more than your previous skirmish missions; using different unit presets for each skirmish really encourages diversity and tactical thinking, instead of the usual cap asap, unlock Jagdtiger + Königstiger, steam roll (if you're German :D)

Truly a testament to your continued excellence in these addons, please do continue with the other nations.

Well thanks again for the answer. Seems I need a buddy to play co-op with then :D Get 1c to pay you for increasing the sales of their game.
So was there something wrong with my install of the testmissions 4.0 in relation to the missing units?

Oh I know, I must have explained myself badly, as I play very slowly and methodologically,laying mines, placing AT guns and all, along common enemy routes. A drawn out battle is a successful one in my opinion. For example; In the Ardennes mission with the Germans, by the time you get near their final lines of defence, they're popping jumbos, hellcats, crocs and all, and your at guns get flattened by the arty. My main issue is with the friendly AI's lacklustre detection/firing behaviour, which is more due to the vanilla game than anything else. Would it be possible to implement closer reinforcement points?

SirHinkel, I love what you've done, I really do. Your work is second to none.

But the difficulty curve seems extremely high; is this because they're designed for playing with a friend? I barely make it to mid-range on most maps, and before I can consolidate my position, the AI starts ******** out waves of high-tier armour and/or artillery, who then engage me at stand-off ranges, and I can only retaliate properly whilst in direct control mode, or else my armour sits there and gets blasted. I found that the testmissions 4.0 were more forgiving, but a lot of content was unusable (Cromwell with howitzers, rocket artillery tanks etc.)

Am I just too bad for this mod?

Lovely mod, the modular destroyers are incredibly useful (especially when you use only HE turrets! Eat that, frigate!)
The only issue I've encountered so far is on the campaign's last mission;
It starts off fine, but when the star-killers turn up and are supposed to start shooting warheads at the planet, the game locks up, and CTD's.
Anyone had this problem?
