Well i currently dont have any local disks, only C-Drive

so i thought that doing like this would work (since kingdom of arnor works by doing this)

i have. When i click scan all modules in the patchswitcher it says:

- intro movies disabled.

So 8.4.0 is disabled no?

This didnt work for me though. I get an error on launch that says:

An upgrade mask references Upgrade_BasicTrainingTier1, which is not an upgrade.

Do you know a fix. i know how to change big/ini files with finalbig, i just dont know what file to change in what version. is it 8.0, 8.3.0?

i completely understand i just worry the wont finish it at all. I believe them when theyre saying that they will finish it eventually but thats usually how creative processes work. Once you find something more fun to do (in this case AotR) and put the first project on hold (HD) its usually unlikely that you go back and finish the first project, even though you yourself think you will. They understandably have much more passion and dedication for AotR currently, which wont ever get "finished" either. There will always be balance tweaks and small bugs that could use fixing. Its definitely very possible they will finish the HD mod, im not saying they wont. It was just a longshot of a request since theres a chance they wont find the energy to finish this mod.

I hate to be annoying but a couple of months ago i asked if you could release the mod with what you had so far, since you are so focused on the Age of the Ring Mod and isnt working on the HD-edition to my knowledge. Your answer was that you didnt want to release a half-made hd-mod since your models would most likely be stolen by other modders. So ive been thinking for a while. Could you maybe release the mod with only the models from Bfme2 Hd edition. Those models are already free for stealing since that mod is already released right?. I know you probably think, just play Bfme2 HD-edition then. But this way we could enjoy Rotwk with at least like 80% of the models in HD.

I love mods like this that doesnt add 1000 things just because and this looks like its gonna be really good. Quick question: Do you think you could make Arnor playable in War of the Ring?

the description says no new factions besides Arnor, so most likely no.

Hey guys is this still being worked on? will there be a new version eventually?

If so do you think you could change so the AI doesn't always have corsairs of Umbar in fire bomb mode. To me its just annoying with small fires to dodge everywhere on the battlefield. I would rather they only used knives than only fire bombs, maybe that's just me though.

You say you want to focus on making a well balanced online-game and a campaign might be worked on as well. Will skirmishes be possible or will this only be for online and then maybe campaign purposes? I suppose coding how the ai will act on every map would be a pain in the ***, thats why i’m asking.

Amazing, you made it work with 2.02. Ive noticed you can no longer buy the elven upgrades though. I remember them becoming available at the blacksmith at level 3 in your previous versions.

Since you guys are solely working on age of the ring mod right now i have to ask. Is there any chance you could release what you have made on this mod so far?(unless theres annoying bugs of course). Even if you intend to return and finish this mod later i fear its gonna be in a long long time since age of the ring is such a huge mod.

I asked on the AoT section before and the response i got was that they arent currently working on the hd mod. Its understa dable that they are more interested in aot but lets hope they dont forget about this.

Could we please have any news on the rotwk hd mod, there havent been an upfate in quite a while.

In the vnailla game you can only have 2 teams in war of the ring. Is it possible/do you have any plans to increase it to at least 3?

What about war of the ring, will aragorn be a commanding hero for both factions?

Are you going to add any new soundbites for the new units or are for example all elven infantry going to use the vanilla lórien warriors/archers?
