Great mod, but you should do some things.Date of 1ST Northern War 1263-1264.2ND war began spring 1267, Vizimir was assassinated some times after that, Kaedwen conquered Pontar valley in autumn 1267, war ended 2ND April 1268.Redania has 35 thousands army, Temeria 25, Kaedwen has the biggest army, bigger than Redania, Aedirn and Lyria & Rivia 13 but probably they didn't have enough time to raise more soldiers, Caingorn had 2800, but after unification has more and Nilfgaard has 150 thousands.In de jure map Kovir & Poviss should be separate kingdoms, same Lyria & Rivia and North empire should exist.Every cities, castles and temples in every human kingdom should be made of stone, but that's just a detail.I know a lot of these things are hard to add, but if you will do it will be great.

Good for daimyo ,but remember about simple helmets and armors for poor samurai and ashigaru.
