Talking about space marines...
in my opinion the solution is simple
more quality and less quantity.
All the infantry will cost more (unit cap,power,requisition) and the squads will have less members, but they will be more effective in combat
that simple
because they are a surgically modified soldiers with a super advanced armors and they are only 1000 for each chapter

remind this, they are the space marines...
and they shall no know fear

the voice over of the raver are mixed with the new voice over :/

don't surprise me, the kamikaze orks are the most unbalanced unit in UA :/
