Another user posted the solution to this. Sorry I forgot who but I copied the description so here it is:
you have to edit a config file using notepad.
its located in gamedata/configs/misc file is named stalkers_upgrade_info.ltx. open it and press ctrl+h then in the first field type "false, false" and in second field "false, true" then press "replace all". that worked for me
I don't want to keep bugging the MDT with requests so does anybody know if there's an easy edit I can do that will put the ammo prices back to their original 2.0 value? Can't have the becoming too easy now eh?
Is anyone else having the problem where Cardan can't perform any upgrades now even though he has booze and all the tools. When I take him a new suit of armor the upgrades are now all greyed out and the red text says "add hints for this upgrade" when selecting most upgrades (or all upgrades with the exoskeleton for example).
Anyone else having this problem? If the people who installed the full new game start required mod don't then that's OK I don't mind restarting.
