Never going to happen since all the combat animations will be samurai animations. How gay would it look if a orc was using samurai animations. It would only look good for elves, all other factions would look stupid. And making your own animations for shogun 2 would require high tech motion capturing devices. So no, not going to happen.

Just choose a different mirror if it fails to download or is going slow, mine wasnt working with the original mirrow, so i chose a different one and i have only 35 mins left. :)

I followed your instructions exactly but it still keeps telling me to insert the original Kingdoms disc.

I have the gold edition of medieval total war 2 and when i try to run the mod using the shortcut it says to insert the original kingdoms disc. Gold edition comes with 2 CDs and i tried both CDs and it still says to insert the "orginal" kingdoms disc. Is there a fix for this? Or have i just wasted the last 2 hours downloading this thing.

My god! does anyone around here know how copyright works. You have to be making a profit for it to be illegal. This mod will not cost anything to download therefor they dont need rights to use the song in the mod.
