you only need a lisence if its a commercial mod, in this case, it isnt. Forgotten Hope used music from MOHAA, but they didnt need a lisence because it wasn't a commercial mod. Meaning if it was sold in any stores.

My god! does anyone around here know how copyright works. You have to be making a profit for it to be illegal. This mod will not cost anything to download therefor they dont need rights to use the song in the mod.
I would see this music when you get a close win or when you win the campaing !
Personally i think this should be the Campaign map Music i think it would fit in really well
