I don't recall if stalkers were this bad in the base game, but they're game-ruining here. They'll just sit behind and door and constantly fire projectiles at the door so that you don't even have an opportunity to open it without being hit.

This is the kind of game that spawns enemies two inches behind you without even alerting you with the teleport sound.
Great atmosphere and map design, but it gets tiring when the game spawns in a bunch of baddies every time you flip a switch, especially when it also locks you in the room.
Starts out great, but eventually becomes really bad key hunting tedium: I gave up on map 23 "Demonology" because I couldn't figure out how to get the sixth key piece due to what I think might be a bug.
Starts out well enough, but descends into overindulgence as the maps become drawn out, tedious, and overcomplicated.
Some of the worst key hunting the genre has to offer, especially considering how enormous some of these maps are.
