After installing it and playing around with it for a few hours,I came to a conclusion:

PROs:

1-highly accurate world and political system
2-complex military system
3-doesn't crash hoi4 on your low end pc cough*cough* (millennium dawn)
4-better UI at the select starting date
5-the adding of money as a resource

sadly I have more cons than pros so take it with a grain of salt:

1-unbalanced units and divisions
2-whenever i try to justify on a country the entire world grantees it
3-honestly the military system needs more work and balancing
4-playing as ISIS is so hard and can't expand (needs balancing)
5-many countries are empty and don't have any divisions
6-technology is still at 1965 in many countries?
7-yeman has more divisions than saudia arabia?
8-an empty satellite tab
9-uncompleted translation process (commanders-generals selection tab)
10-ISIS allies in nigeria capitulate too fast
11-uncompleted resource management and there is almost no resources in the entire world
12-the amount of divisions that a general and a field marshal could take so too low (general:8/Field marshal:24)
