It's very sad how everyone is hating this, you can tell he isnt the best mapper, he is new to it. Just becuse he is new to mapping/modding in the source engine doesn't mean you can just trash it. If you let him work on it, he will get better, so dont trash it. If you think you can make the best map in the world, then why dont you try. if you dont have anything nice to say then dont talk, and you dont haft to play or comment.

to get the acheavements to work with steam you need to get the mod on steam works

@roadking you do have the scource engine installed it downloads with the games. to edit with the scource engine: on steam, go to tools, then download sourceSDK(Source Development Kit); for Alien swarm download Alien Swarm Autherising tools
Hammer Editor: edit/make maps
Model Veiwer: veiw models
Chorogrphy: make/edit scenes (making people talk)
Tools mode: game running in toos mode (to do it on another scource game add -tools to the launch options)

If they dont releas the mod or a demo by the end of the year, im calling this mod dead, if it is dead they shud releas it to the publick then
