Hey is this still being worked on?

Whenever I open the game I get an error saying: Could not load library client. How do I fix this?

I know it's been said, but this mod is a bit of a disappointment. When I saw on the portal news on steam it said a SuperHot themed portal mod was coming out. I love SuperHot and Portal is one of my favourite games, so I got super hyped. I so badly want to give this game a good review but I can't, I'm sorry.
Pros.
(Mostly) Good level design
Interesting Concept
Cons.
Awful title screen. (I would follow this tutorial fully, removing the Portal 2 logo and the Extras instead of the Chapter Select Moddb.com. I'm currently using it now for my mod DBSA)
(I know I said mostly) Some of the levels seem almost impossible because "Time Only Moves when You do" does nothing but give you an excuse to flood every level with some turrets.
That's it. Again I really wanted to like this mod, But I couldn't. I'm sure you can improve from this mod and make it amazing.
